He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph England and Pearl England (Wiggins); his wife Goldie; his children, John Scull, Gerald Scull of Georgia, Richard Scull (Traci) of Buchanan, Melinda England of California and Melody England of Tennessee; and his sisters, Marianne VanDelck and Phyllis Breyer of Tennessee. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
