He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Andreas and Viola Marie Wiita (Sipponen); and his brother-in-law John Ruditis. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Machesky; his son Thor; his siblings, Donald II of Wakefield, Thomas of Wakefield, Gerald (Kathy) of Wakefield, Judith Ruditis, Kathryn Wiita-Fisk (Dwayne), Peggy Garvey (John), Nancy Clowney (Jim), Amy Rahko (Mike) and Vicky Wiita-Templer; his grandchildren, Alexis, Jacob, Jordon, Maddix and Lucas; and his uncle Dennis Pelto (Lettie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and godchildren; many cousins; and special friends.
