She was predeceased by: her parents, Day and John; her grandmother Griffen; her husband John McVay; her siblings, Thelma, Josephine, Marianne, Betty and Johnny; Hale.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Mike; her stepchildren, Jan Roe (John), Judy Walker (Steven), Sharon McVay and Don McVay; her daughter Laurie Schmidt (Michael Scott); her granddaughter Maggie Schmidt; and her sister-in-law Debbie Hale.
