He was predeceased by : his parents, John Harris and Janet Harris; and his sister Marcia Anderson (Harris). He is survived by : his fiancée Cindy Belford Lamacchia; his son Alex Harris; his sister Maria Luz; his son Luke Harris; and his brother Mike Harris (Gena). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Charlevoix County Humane Society.
