She was predeceased by : her husband William Henry Guzniczak; and her siblings, Stan Belzek, Feliz Belzek, Joe Belzek and Florence Chromitz.

She is survived by : her children, Ray Guzniczak (Karen), Don Guzniczak, Carol Wiklanski and Dave Guzniczak (Robin); and her grandchildren, Michele, Kevin, Kris, Tim, Mike, Greg, Lisa, Randy and Brian. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
