With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alwas Spohn (Boyne Falls, Michigan), who passed away on January 9, 2020 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alwas Spohn to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Joyce Elaine. He is survived by: his children, Rachelle (Henry Wittenmyer), Randal (Cecile Spohn), Deneille (Nick Moes), Kendal (Jennie Spohn) and Cindi (Tim Markham); his wife Margaret Ruth; his stepchildren, Laurie, Sonny Thompson, Jeff and Paula Mundt; and his siblings, Frieda Kullik of Boyne Falls, Sherry (Guy Dean), Jerry (Nancy Ayers), Victor (Diane Ayers) and Gayla (Bill Wolf). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial prayer garden will be designed in honor of A. John Spohn; contributions for the prayer garden may be directed to Jordan Rivers Church, P.O. Box 287, East Jordan, MI 49727.
