Lois Hillsamer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Hillsamer of Brethren, Michigan, born in Kearney, Nebraska, who passed away on February 26, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Galen Barkdoll and Bernice Barkdoll (Snavely); her husband Harry Ray Hillsamer; her siblings, Evelyn Frantz and Frank Barkdoll; and her son-in-law Jim Terwilliger.

She is survived by : her children, Carol Terwilliger of Muskegon, David Hillsamer (Tammy) of Harrietta, Marlene Lord (Tom) of Ridgeland and Wayne Hillsamer of Brethren; her grandchildren, Greg Fessenden (Stefanie) of Brethren, Betsy Murchison (Grant) of Romeo, Sarah Shaw (Dillon) of Muskegon, Adam Hillsamer of Cadillac, Nicole Arguella (Josue) of Thompsonville, Aaron Hillsamer (Autumn) of Rio, Matthew Lord of Ridgeland and Nathan Lord of Florida; her great grandchildren, Faith, Winter, Ariel Fessenden of Brethren and Audrey Murchison of Romeo; and her siblings, Stanley Barkdoll of West Virginia, Loree Gross of Indianapolis and Ruth Willstead of Hebron, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
