She was predeceased by : her parent William F.. She is survived by : her parent Joyce M. Southam (Conkright); her children, Heather Childs (Jerry) and Timothy Wise (Amanda); her grandchildren, Jacob Childs (Haley), Madelyn Childs, Kadin Childs, Timmy Wise, Sarah Wise and Emma Wise; her siblings, Linda Smith (Bill), William Southam (Shelby), Douglas Southam (Cynthia), Steven Southam, Michael Southam (Sandee), Diane Frost (David) and Timothy Southam (Jennifer); and her friends, Herb Prather and Mickie Moser. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
