Palmer; his grandchildren, Colton Dilley, Dakotah Frey, Hunter Dilley, Kaitlin Frey, Ellie Frey, Tanner Dilley, Irelyn Dilley and Ryker Bowles; and his siblings, Lloyd A Dilley, Teri L. Dilley and Dwight D. Dilley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
