He was predeceased by: his wife Frances; his daughter Gina Burke; and his brother Alfred "Freddy" DeNardis. He is survived by: his children, James (Cynthia) and Lisa Izant (Charlie); his grandchildren, Jason Burke (Becky), Jaclyn Burke, Nickolas DeNardis (Andrea) and Anthony DeNardis (Leslie); his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Abigail Burke, Cecilia, Angelo DeNardis, Roman and Arlo DeNardis; his sister Dora Sirianni (late Joe); and his sister-in-law Minnie DeNardis.
Mundy's family was very important to him and he was able to spend time with most of them even with the COVID 19 restrictions in place.
