He was predeceased by: his father Joe Dan McMillin; his wife Margaret Jean Cremeans McMillin (Cremeans); his parent Jessie Carmichael McMillin (Carmichael); and his siblings, Joe McMillin, Dorothy and Lucille.
He is survived by: his son Tracy Scott; his daughter-in-law Laurie Hovell McMillin; and his grandsons, Liam Hovell McMillin and Jack Henry Robert McMillin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
