Virginia Kolander Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2025, at the age of 99, Virginia Kolander of Brighton, Michigan passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dutkiewicz and Pauline Dutkiewicz (Melcarek); and her siblings, Raymond Dutkiewicz, Pauline Pastula, Dorthy Molesky and Edwin Dutkiewicz.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Elmer Kolander; and her daughters, Linda Wilson, Patricia Ann White (Franklin), Mary Kolander, Kim Campbell and Betty Moore. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and a great many number of friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Old St. Patrick Catholic Church (711 Rickett Rd, Brighton, MI 48116).
