She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Dotson and Cyna Dotson (Stanley); and her siblings, Delmas Dotson and Rose Dotson. She is survived by : her husband Roger M. Palmer; her daughters, Pamela K. Kelly of Knoxville, TN and Susan Gruber (Steven) of Manitou Beach; her grandchildren, Joshua Watters, Nicklas Watters and Kylie Gruber; her great grandchild Mia Watters; and her siblings, Hilda Winzeler, Randall Dotson and Russell Dotson.
