He was predeceased by : his parents, Otis White and Ruby White. He is survived by : his spouses, Kathryn White (Prater) and Kathy White; his children, Amanda Farah (White) and Travis White; his grandson Joshua DesMarais; and his sisters, Linda Goll, Brenda Evers and Cindy Shippy.
