He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hauch and Lillian Hauch (Henspeter); his sister Loretta Zielke (George); and his brother-in-law David John Ireland. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Shafer; his children, Douglas Hauch (Teresa Faulkner) and Angela Hauch; his grandchildren, Amber Bradshaw (Tony Martin), Kody Hauch (Bonnie) and Joshua Hauch (Rachel); and his sisters-in-law, Rexalee Ireland and Laura Copeland (Elmer). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and three sisters.
