He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Huerta Sr. and Anita Huerta (Sandoval). He is survived by: his children, Eric Huerta of Fort Worth Texas, Nick Huerta and Cheyenne McHale; and his siblings, Cathy Vaughn (Bob), Becky Tubbs, Anthony Huerta (Cheri) and Michael Huerta (Sue). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
