She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Kowalski and Cecelia Kowalski; her husband Lauren Perkola; her siblings, Leonard, Frank, George, Robert, Theodore, Edward, Joseph, Chester, Roman, Clarence Kowalski, Helen Kopp and Delores Schwartz; her daughter-in-law Kristina Adams; and her great grandchild Faith.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Adams (Sherry) of Tamarack, Faye Rule (Richard) of Kearsarge, Richard Adams of Calumet, Brenda DeMarios (Paul) of Calumet, Laura Rowe (Nate) of Hancock, Susie Gronlund (Roger) of Calumet and Denise Carpenter (Marv) of Florida; her grandchildren, Danielle Adams, Frankie, Sarah Codere (Kyle), Ashley Niemela, Scott, Brian, Lauren Adams, Tammy Seymour (Karl), Ricky, Tina Rule, Atrayou Siverly, Larissa, Kougar Crater, Celia, Mary DeMarios, Garrett, Trevor, Jordyn, Grace Rowe, Michelle Carpenter, Roger Gronlund (Margie) and Nicole Binder (Sean); her great grandchildren, Gabe, Cora, Vera, Austin, Daniel, Finn, Ava, Piper, Lizzy, Jayce, Rogan, Kimberly, Melanie, Chaice, Quinn and Karley; and her sisters, Shirley Bracco of Calumet and Phyllis Stukel of Copper City. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
