He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eva, Jacob Wanhala, Irma and Edwin Pieti. He is survived by: his parents, David Pieti and Patricia Pieti (Wanhala); his wife Sara Pieti (Johnson); his children, Emma, Lydia, Tricia Pieti, Matthew Pieti and Andrew Pieti; his siblings, Marc Pieti (Bette), Sara Mattson (Dale), Lisa Opie (Greg), Kristi Pieti and Andrea Johnson (Stan); and his parents-in-law, Judy Mattson (Gary), Laura Johnson, Kevin Johnson (Melissa), Brian Johnson (Carrie), Emily Johnson and Hannah Ruohonen Various (Ben). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
