He is survived by : his wife Jeanne Copin; his daughters, Sheila Broomfield (Brian) of Remus and Michele Kowaleski (Matthew) of Two Rivers, AK; his grandchildren, Danalli Calhoun (John), Alicia Bunn (Nacona), Adam Broomfield and Andrew Broomfield; his great grandchildren, Jayden Calhoun and Natalia Bunn; his siblings, Barbara Dent and David Dent (Merlyn); and his daughter Karen Lindsey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Dale's name can be made to Spectrum Health Hospice.
