With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice L. Woodward of Cass City, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 10, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Devine and Helen Devine (Cone); her husband Robert Woodward; her son Paul Woodward; and her brothers, Thomas Devine, Charles Devine and David Devine.

She is survived by : her sons, Rusty Woodward (late Denise) of Snover, Bob Woodward of Cass City and Ronnie Woodward (Crystal) of Cass City; and her sister Cecelia Bender (late David) of Caro. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
