He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James Newton and Vivian Newton (Seffern); his wife Mary Joanne Brazzil; his children, Tiffany Hensel (Thomas) of Shelby Township, John William Newton II (Carol) of Sterling Heights, Chad Newton (Amanda Kile) of Cass City and Luke Newton of Eastpointe; his grandchildren, Tyler Hensel, Troy Hensel, Madison Newton and Jazmine Kile; and his siblings, Sheron Snyder (John) of Mason and James "Skip" Newton. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
