She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia Cole and Walter Cole; and her husband Timothy Walker. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Hiler (Anna), William, Laura Price, Shawn Walker (Kelly) and Michelle Walker-Bivens (Sandy); her grandchildren, Natalie Price, Gabriel Price, Nina Price, Leo Hiler, James Hiler, Ashely Long (RJ), Darion Thompson (Jacob) and Axel Roest (Shaye Rodgers); her great grandchildren, Deekan, Tred Long, Alyxis and Marley Thompson; and her siblings, Barbara Schondelmayer, Waldo Cole (Buddy), Robert Cole (Pleck), James Cole (Penn), Joanne Hysell and Jane Thomas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews from her large extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the St. John Chrysostum Russian Orthodox Church (40 National Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
