She was predeceased by: her husband Henry G. Edema; her parents, Peter VanderMoere and Effie VanderMoere; her grandchildren, David Jeremy Thompson and Katherine Jean Edema; and her siblings, Marinus, James, Anne Snyder (Andy), Tressa VanderZwart (Dick) and Inez Schut (James).
She is survived by: her children, Howard Edema, Linda Edema of Central Lake, Linda Thompson of Byron Center, Diane, Fred, Don and Kim Edema of Jamestown. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
