She was predeceased by : her parents, Whitford Armstrong and Mary Maxine Armstrong (Short); her husband Earl Allan Reibel; her children, David and Janet; and her siblings, Margaret Kowalski, Willard and James.

She is survived by : her children, Duane (Judi) of Cheboygan, Diane Anthony (Brian) of Boyne City and James Reibel of Central Lake; and her brothers, Whitford Armstrong of East Jordan, Dennis Armstrong (Judy), Las Vegas and Donald Armstrong of Pensacola, FL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
