She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Jones and Geneva Jones (Alexander); her husband Ronald Colwell; and her sister Pauline Hemphill. She is survived by : her children, John VandenBrook (Carmen) of Gaylord, Gary VendenBrook of Ellsworth, Wendie VandenBrook of Charlevoix, Rich VandeBrook (Fay) of Olympia, WA and Selena Russell (Guy) of East Jordan; her siblings, Chuck Jones (Cindy) of Gladwin, Robert Jones (Joan) of Warren and Judy Jones of Indian River; and her pet Pepper. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
