She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Collins and Myrl Collins (Stackman); her husband Morris Glenn Chapman; her sons, Douglas Chapman and Dennis Chapman; her grandson Michael Chapman; and her brothers, Robert Collins and Wendell Collins.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Chapman of Ohio and Donald Chapman (Pamela) of Centreville; and her grandchildren, Matthew (Beth), Melissa (Keith), Catrina Lynn, Crystal, Curtis, Brian (Angie), Elizabeth (Jay) and Kristopher. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
