He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard MacLachlan and Helen MacLachlan (Mahoney); his father-in-law Robert Cook; and his brother-in-law Richard Riffel. He is survived by: his wife Karen Cook; his daughter Christa Cook; his grandson Anthony Chiaurro of St. Louis, MO; his daughter Linda Martin (Chris); his grandchildren, Brock and Heather Martin of Raleigh, NC; his sister Marcia Riffel of Saginaw, MI; and his mother-in-law Pauline Cook of Prudenville, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
