She is survived by: her spouse John Sladek; her children, Barbara Mossner (Paul) of Manchester, James Sladek (Rose) of Butte, Kathleen Sladek of Winston-Salem, Gerald Sladek (Lisa) of Charlevoix and Joseph Sladek (Laural) of Charlevoix; and her sisters, Sharon Woodbury of Ironton and Janice Farmer of Charlevoix. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
