She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Fisher and Rhoda Fisher (Woodland). She is survived by : her sons, Matthew Bogusz and Brandon Bogusz (Chellee); her grandson Blake Bogusz; her siblings, Rhodie Wiersma (James), Scott Fisher and Carol Fisher; and her former life partner Michael Bogusz. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

If desired, the family suggests memorial contributions to any favorite veteran organization, homeless shelter, pregnancy center or animal welfare society as Betsy was always a true giver.
