She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Williams and Maxine Williams; her husband Phillip Merrifield; her grandson Joshua Bryant; and her siblings, Richard, Michael, John, Geri, Judy and James.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Bryant (Terry) and Jack Merrifield (Benita); her grandchildren, Steven Bryant, Michael Bryant, Hunter Merrifield, Angel Merrifield and Arianna Beedy; her foster children, Tara Siler, Sean Brady and Troy Brady; her siblings, William, Susan, Mary, Marsha, Marvin, Cheryl and Jake; Tara Ankney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and several very dear friends.
