He is survived by: his wife Susan Woodworth; his children, Nicholas Woodworth (Brandon), Elizabeth Kujawa (Joshua) and Matthew Woodworth (Yuly); his stepchildren, Caroline Shrier (Robert), Ian Love and Fiona Love-Johnson (Brian); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Quin, Elijah, Jacob, Aaron, Avery, Issac, Ellery, Olivia, Aria, Chloe and Isabella; his sisters, Marion Mayne (Dennis) and Zoe Ann Davis; and his cousin Carl Woodworth.
