She was predeceased by: her sons, Steve and Kyle Collins; and her brothers, Jack, Tink and Richard Hicks.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark, Gary (Eileen) and Jeff Collins; and her siblings, Bruce Hicks (Tonja), Phyllis Moore, Jeannette Hicks, Bobby Hicks, Jerry Hicks (Evelyn) and Dale Hicks (Carole). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
