She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Elaine Walter (Ulrich) and Donald Walter; her siblings, Ron Walter and Mary Ann Walter; and her sister-in-law Jo Walter.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Weidmayer (Mindy) and Jeff Weidmayer (Elissa); her siblings, Sue Shinabarger (Mike), Jim Walter, Bob Walter (Denise), Kay Weidmayer (Roy) and Don Walter (Erin); her grandchildren, Sarah (Chris), Megan (Lucas), Michael, Grace, Evan and Caty; her great grandchildren, Asher and Annie; and also Carol Walter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Lutheran Church (10001 W Ellsworth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103).
