It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia Ann DeVoir of Clinton, Michigan, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Stanley Gartee and Elizabeth Gartee; her husband Philip James; and her children, Timothy, Stanley DeVoir (Debbie) of Clinton, MI, Roxanne DeVoir of Canton, MI, Philip, David, Jason DeVoir of St Joseph, MI and Mary Nicholas (Terry) of Grand Rapids, MI. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
