He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Gilliam; and his sister Reba. He is survived by: his significant other Deborah Burgoon of Coldwater; his father Dick Lee Gilliam of St. Petersburg; and his brothers, Dave Gilliam of St. Petersburg, Gary Gilliam of Sarasota, Mark Gilliam of St. Petersburg and Paul Gilliam of St. Petersburg.
