With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blake Erwin Smith of Columbiaville, Michigan, born in Almont, Michigan, who passed away on June 10, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Smith and Bertha Smith (Hall). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Smith of Columbiaville; his son Dale Smith (Nicole) of Metamora; his granddaughter Taylor Marie Smith of Metamora; and his siblings, Betty DeSmit of Armada, Barb Quain of Kansas, Beth Russ (Doug) of Armada and Brion Smith (Lorraine) of Lapeer.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
