He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Langell and Marion Langell; his wife Nina Freeman; and his siblings, Doris Dudley, Donald Langell and Ralph Langell Jr..
He is survived by : his daughter Denise Altimore (Gregg); his grandchildren, Austin, Jessica and Danielle; and his sister Irene Lindeborg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Clair County Humane Society.
