She was predeceased by : her parents, Adam Kisielewicz and Madelyn Kisielewicz; her husband Michael Kielbasa; her siblings, William Kisielewicz, Anna Herpel, Stanley Kunicki and Vivian Pukuy; and her stepfather Joseph Kunicki.

She is survived by : her children, Michael Kielbasa and Gloria Koob (Walter "Buck"); her grandchildren, Jeremy Raymo (Kerri) and Thomas Raymo (Lisa); and her great grandchildren, Stella Valentina Raymo and Ryan Raymo.
