He was predeceased by : his parents, John Farley and Shirley Farley. He is survived by : his wife Amie; his daughter Julianne; his son-in-law Alex Nienberg; his grandchildren, Alice and Max; his sister Katherine; his brother-in-law Michael O'Leary; his brother Michael; and his sister-in-law Maryellen Farley. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
