It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Sparks (Comstock, Michigan), who passed away on September 5, 2018, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Vern, Sr.. He is survived by : his children, Eric Sparks, Jessica Patterson (Cody), Sara Sparks and Matthew Sparks; his grandchildren, Jack, Nick and Brantley; his mother Shirley Sparks; his siblings, Tom Retzlaff, Kathy Retzlaff Brown and Vern Sparks, Jr. (Peggy); his nephews, Eric and Michael; and also Jill Culp.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to his daughter to be used to create a memory piece for his grandkids who he loved dearly.
