She was predeceased by : her parents, Haywood Monroe Stafford and Ida Correne Cross; her husband Dale Robert Chapman; her siblings, Joseph, Haywood, George, Pete, William, Leonard, Ronnie Stafford and Donna Mae; and her great grandchild Daquon.
She is survived by : her children, Dianna Moore (Robert), Donald Chapman, Connie Slater (Chris), Barbara Skalski (Steven) and Roger Chapman (Shawn); her grandchildren, Heather Randall, Jenny Brizendine, Brandon Shearer-Chapman, Haylie Bertch, Tayler Chapman, Vern Slater, Chad Slater, Christopher Slater, Natasha Hotchkiss, Rachel Skalski, Brittany Phillips, Adreonna Hunt, Olyviah Thelma-Irene Liby and Roger Chapman Jr.; her great grandchildren, Denzell, Tatayanna, Mohamad, Sophia, Landon, Emma, Liam, Owen, Arianna, Aurora, Jace, Levi, Lola, Kole, Alaysha, Aydin and Amiya; and her sisters, Joyce, Francis, Felicia and Betty. She is also survived by 5 children.
