He is survived by : his wife Marian Kelly (Devenport); his children, Todd Kelly (Rissa), Luke Kelly (Michell) and Helen Dietrich (Alvin); and his brother Norrell Kelly. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
