He was predeceased by: his parents, George Napier and Anna Napier (Giles); and his wife Judy Ann Davis. He is survived by: his son Brian Napier John Napier; his grandchildren, Toshia, Brandon, Bridget and Ryan; his great grandchild Malcom; and his siblings, Bill Napier, Jerry Napier (Kathy), Reta Jean Zimmerman, Betty Sue LaLonde (John) and Brenda Woodworth (Don).
