He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria P. Barajas-Ilbarra and Sacramento Villegas. He is survived by: his sons, Manual Villegas (Brenda) and Marco Villegas (Delila Medina); his grandchildren, Citlaly, Quetzaly, Manuel, Chrystal, Alexis and Dorizmar; and his siblings, Angelica, Erminda, Reyna, Yolanda, Alvaro, Leopoldo, Salvador, Javier and Armando.
Due to the Coronavirus restrictions, a limit of 10 people at a time will be allowed at the visitation.
