Forrest, Jr. (Orenda) of Spanish Fort, Jason Forrest of South Haven and Amy Martinez (Josh) of Covert, Michigan; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Kelsi, Hunter, Jason Jr., Madison and Ana; her great grandchildren, Bryson and Brody; and her siblings, Joe-Ann Fyke, Joelene Parker, Jason Mallette, Shari Garrett, Richard, Eddie, Bill and Sheridan Franklin.
