He is survived by : his wife Lisa Bender; his daughter Chloe Marie Bender; his mother-in-law Donna McMullen (Phil Capper); his siblings-in-law, Lee McMullen (Jennifer) and Lori Shapiro (Al); his siblings, Jane Hogdson (John), Charles Bender (Carmen) and Jeff Bender; and his nieces and nephews, Maddy, Erin and Cody.
