He is survived by: his parent Hilda Johns (Roseberry); his wife Sue; his children, Jeffrey Dodds (Samantha), Michael Dodds (Casie) and Katie Dodds (Drew); his grandchildren, Brandon Lee Dodds, Ziva Giovanna Johns and Maxwell James Dodds; his siblings, Mark Johns (Mary), Kris Johns (Joanne), Jan Martin (Gary), Greg Johns (Lisa) and Jill Johnson (Eric); his parent-in-law Don Parks; and also, Irma Parks, Gary Parks (Patty), Ann Ellsworth-Parks, Nancy Parks, Steve Parks, Alan Parks (Jutta), Carmen Parks and Laura Johns (Eric). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church Camp Scholarship Fund or Davison Schools Cardinal Care Fund.
