He was predeceased by: his parent Raymond LeBeau; and his brothers, Ken LeBeau and Al LeBeau. He is survived by: his parent Ann LeBeau (Haas); his wife Judy; his children, April LeBeau, Dan LeBeau (Christine) and Dena LeBeau; his grandchildren, Adam Trafas, Autumn Yarbrough, Summer Yarbrough, Ty LeBeau and Danyelle LeBeau; and his siblings, Gloria Dalton and Glen LeBeau (Dawn).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the University of Michigan Frankel Cardiovascular Center or to a charity of one's choice, in Dale's memory.
