He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Bloch and Anna Bloch (Cutter); his daughter Jennifer; his siblings, Donna (Fred Tomchuck) and Theodore Jr.; his nephews, Michael and Daniel; and his niece Katherine Tomchuck.
