Donald Hummel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Hummel (Davison, Michigan), born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on July 25, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hummel and Jeanette Hummel (Carbiener); his sister Jean Greer; and his nephew John Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Gabel; his children, Duane Hummel and Debra Nicolai (Bill); his grandchildren, Tyler Hummel, Zachary Hummel, William Nicolai (Sarah), Kristina Nicolai and Matthew Nicolai; his great grandchildren, Hudson and Kali; and his siblings, Howard (Reba), Elaine Carpenter (Bill), Carl and Earl (Sue). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Charity of one's choice.
